the where, with all – Ensaara will be 21st century ‘community living at its finest.’

Unlike other cities and towns, which have evolved in a haphazard and unplanned way, Ensaara has been master-planned at every conceivable level. It’s the result of our collaboration with leading international and Indian partners and affiliates, such as master-planners HOK, Mumbai-based architects Kadri Consultants, landscape architects Cracknell, infrastructure consultants Feedback Infra and Nagpur-based architects V.K. Associates.

Ensaara Metropark master-plan

The 30-acre Central Park will become the green heart of Ensaara, and will be a wonderful environment for children and adults alike. It will be accompanied by pocket parks and themed gardens dotted throughout the metropark. All will be joined together by a network of pathways, jogging trails, bike paths and nature trails.

Vegetable plots/Farmers market

A central farmers market will not only provide you with a place to buy fresh, community-grown produce but will become a venue to gather, meet new friends and chat, and browse stalls for local crafts, handmade jewellery and local paintings. Ensaara will have a number of vegetable plots and orchards dotted throughout it and these will supply the central farmers market with produce.

Landscaped gardens of varying sizes and designs will feature benches, pergolas and shade-giving canopies.

Biodiversity park

A substantial public park devoted to biodiversity, and featuring a sensory garden, will showcase the world of nature and provide an educational botanical tour through a landscape of plants and water.

Sculpture plaza

The parks and public spaces throughout the community will include sculptures, showcasing local artists. To encourage local art and to inspire the young, a sculpture plaza will include spaces for art classes and a gallery for temporary sculpture displays. Various other themed parks will encourage you and your children to explore your world. The themes will focus on local culture and legends, history and sciences, and will be designed to encourage learning through play and interaction.

Lakes and water features

The large lake will become a key focus of the community; a place to breathe fresh air and enjoy open views. The lake edge will be active, providing promenades, walks and boating facilities. Plazas and cafés will spill onto the lake edge. The metropark will also contain other water features - such as streams, fountains, ornamental ponds and infinity-edge resort-style pools.

Adventure playgrounds

Play areas have been designed for all ages, ensuring fun for your youngest children, and excitement and adventure for the older teens. Throughout Ensaara the focus is on learning through play.

Open spaces and pitches have been included to encourage organised sports and games where groups of children or young adults can gather for events and tournaments.

Facilities management

There will be a professional facility management company with a dedicated team based on site, focused on managing and maintaining the site and the properties.

Arts and cultural centre

The centre will hold a range of different arts-related events, such as exhibitions and performances of plays and dances.

Banqueting hall

A banqueting hall will be the ideal venue for weddings, celebrations, conferences, exhibitions and events.

Commercial area

Over 200,000 sq. ft. of commercial space will include a business park and offices for large, medium and small businesses.

The metropark will have its own three-four star hotel with a range of rooms and serviced apartments.

Neighbourhood clubs

Two purpose-designed community clubs are planned, with a gym, swimming pool, multi-purpose hall and a crèche.

Temple complex

Ensaara will have a dedicated zone for prayer and worship, with large, open grounds.

Public amphitheatre

A lawned function square with a stage will provide the setting for a range of public events.

Ensaara will feature a large school of Pre-primary, Primary, Junior and Secondary streams, catering for about 2,000 students - all offering a comprehensive curriculum and extra-curricular activities.

There will be a variety of retail options, including a mall, galleria, shopping plaza, supermarket and neighbourhood convenience stores - with ample parking.

Petrol station

The metropark will have its own petrol station, located on the east side of the development.

Bus station

There will be a bus station on site with regular services to and from Nagpur city centre - from early morning to late evening. Ensaara’s shuttle bus service will link all of the neighbourhoods to the central facilities with a frequent and comfortable service.

Fire station

A fire station will also be based on site with up-to-date fire fighting appliances.

Police station

A police station will be located on site, staffed by the Indian Police Service.

Ensaara will have its own large, multi-specialty hospital, with an ambulance service for emergencies.

Secured main entrances
