Harmony Park Mansions will combine decked garden areas, an optional swimming pool and a garden on three sides to great affect - to enable you to live outside in your own private world as much as you want. The buildings are surrounded by a wall for privacy, with provision for security at the main gate.

Like all of Ensaara’s Park Mansions, Harmony will make a bold statement through its clean lines, good proportions and use of outdoor and indoor space. It will have a green roof top with a shade-giving pergola, where you will be able to take advantage of any cool breezes and will be able to enjoy a view outside of your garden to Ensaara beyond.

Serene Park Mansions will present an imposing and dramatic face, with distinctive walls of windows, grand stepped entrances and stylish pergolas. They will also be surrounded by a wall - with provision for security at its main gate. The sprawling garden will be located on the northern, cool side of the plot.

Serene, like all the Park Mansions, will also feature roof gardens (which will help to insulate the building in summer and winter) with solar water heating panels. The buildings, which are raised so that you step down into your garden, have been designed to give you as many views of your garden as possible.

Blessings Park Mansions will have a very distinctive, curved, garden-facing wall, which will give the buildings a unique ‘footprint’. The wall - with two grand vistas - will support a double-height pergola and will be the perimeter of a space, which will be the epitome of comfortable and relaxed ‘inside/outside’ living. The pergola itself will top a unique shaded area, which will be overlooked by both a large terrace garden and two balconies - one off the Master Bedroom and one off a second, first floor bedroom.
